JTEST Pass Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the app "JTEST Pass" (the "Service") provided by 株式会社Innocation (INNOCATION CO.,LTD., "we").

2. The Service

The Service offers original practice questions and mock exams for people preparing for the J.TEST (Test of Practical Japanese). We are not affiliated with the test organiser and the Service contains no official exam content.

3. Accounts

• You may use the Service as a guest or create an account with e-mail, Google or Apple.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.

4. Paid plans

• JTEST Plus (ad-free) and JTEST Pro (all features) are auto-renewing subscriptions sold through the App Store / Google Play.
• Pricing, renewal and cancellation follow each store's rules.

5. Grading of written answers

Written answers are first matched against prepared answer lists; answers that match none are graded automatically by AI. Results are a study aid and do not guarantee any outcome in the real exam.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Copying or redistributing questions and explanations
• Interfering with rankings or the Service by illegitimate means

7. Disclaimer

The Service does not guarantee that you will pass.
